I enthusiastically agreed and offered up some ideas for classes I could teach. Yesterday was the inaugural offering: <em>Embellishing a Soft Cloth Doll<\/em>, a class I have offered for several years through my studio and through Salem Art Association events.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2180\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2180\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.daynajcollins.com\/curele\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/IMG_0900.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2180\" src=\"http:\/\/www.daynajcollins.com\/curele\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/IMG_0900-300x181.jpg\" alt=\"My personal collection of art dolls I have created over the years.\" width=\"300\" height=\"181\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2180\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">My personal collection of art dolls I have created over the years.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The class was small, but the women who attended were enthusiastic and grateful for the opportunity to make art and play. One of the participants said she had not done any art since being diagnosed with cancer and beginning treatment.
